Conducting the employment-related formalities: preparation of employment files;

Drafting of employment agreements;

Filling in the Employees’ Register;

Preparation of pay slips and their registration with the Territorial Labor Inspectorate;

Preparation of the Statements on the taxes and contributions owed in respect of employees’ monthly pays, and submission thereof within the time limits provided by the applicable laws;

Preparation of separate payrolls for employees on medical leave, based on Health Certificates;

Providing advice on the drafting of employee job descriptions.
